About Event

Join fellow Columbia alumni founders and founder minded alumni at The Farm for a focused afternoon of conversation, peer support, and connection.

This casual, high signal meetup is designed for alumni navigating the startup journey, including early technical and scaling decisions, partnerships, discipline, and high performance leadership. Whether you are actively building or seriously exploring the founder path, this is an opportunity to connect with peers who understand the realities of building from the ground up.

This is a curated, small group event designed to foster meaningful discussion among Columbia alumni founders and alumni actively exploring a founder path. To preserve discussion quality, attendance is capped at 15 participants on a first come, first served basis.

Registration is subject to approval, with alumni status verified via LinkedIn profiles and Columbia affiliation listed there. If demand exceeds capacity, a waitlist will be maintained.

About the series
This is the first event in a recurring quarterly series of meetups for Columbia alumni founders in the Bay Area, hosted on an alternating basis in Palo Alto and San Francisco. The goal is to create a high value, peer driven forum where founders can openly troubleshoot scaling challenges and share practical lessons learned. If you cannot attend this session, the next event is planned for mid May in San Francisco. More details to follow.

About the host
This is a Columbia Alumni Club community organized event. The event is organized and hosted by Vivek Gangaramani, MPH’17. Vivek is a two time technical founder based in the Bay Area, with a background in healthcare and experience building AI driven systems while navigating early architecture and scaling decisions.

Looking forward to strengthening the bridge between the Columbia alumni network and the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem.
