Go beyond the science and learn how biotech companies actually operate. Hear directly from professionals at Sanofi as they break down the functions, teams, and decision-making processes that drive innovation from discovery to commercialization.
Week 2 | Career Pathways in Biotech with Bio-Techne
Get an insider's view of the career opportunities available across biotech. Explore technical and non-technical roles directly with professionals working in research, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, commercial strategy, and more.
Week 3 | Career Roundtables: Meet the Professionals
Skip the cold outreach. Spend 90 minutes in small-group conversations with professionals working across biotech, healthcare, and technology. Ask questions, build connections, and gain candid career advice from people doing the work today.
BONUS | Exclusive Industry Visit to Denali Therapeutics
Step beyond the classroom and experience biotechnology where it happens. Participants will visit Denali Therapeutics, one of the Bay Area's leading biotech companies, to learn directly from industry professionals, explore career pathways, and gain firsthand exposure to the environment where scientific innovation becomes real-world impact.

Week 5 | Building Your Professional Brand
Learn how to stand out in a competitive market. Discover how industry professionals position themselves, communicate their value, and build credibility that creates new opportunities.
Week 6 | Resume & Career Positioning Workshop
Get direct feedback from professionals who review resumes, interview candidates, and make hiring recommendations. Leave with actionable improvements that strengthen how you present your experience and impact.
