Most founder and investor events are pretty forgettable.
The same panels. The same talking points. The same awkward networking over bad coffee.
The SEC Summit exists to do the opposite.
No panel discussions. No hard sell service providers. No scripted networking.
Instead, we exclusively bring together ambitious life science founders and investors for a day of authentic conversations, unexpected connections and plenty of fun.
Throughout the day, attendees host "Synapses" — our 45-minute roundtables on whatever life science topics they care about most.
The audience is intentionally weighted towards investors, with roughly 60% investors and only 40% founders. The result is a very different atmosphere from the typical startup event: better conversations and stronger relationships.
And because nobody does their best networking whilst sitting in rows of conference chairs, we'll also have activities running throughout the day including padel, golf simulators, herbal tea blending and more.
We're building the kind of event we'd actually want to attend.
A room full of thoughtful people. Interesting conversations. New ideas. New friendships. And hopefully a lot of fun.
