This Facilitators' Workshop event is hosted by Charley Johnson and Kate Krontiris, co-founders of The Facilitation Leadership Lab.

The Facilitators’ Workshop is a community of practice for rising and established leaders who want to perfect the craft of leading and facilitating groups through complexity, conflict, and uncertainty—so their groups can actually achieve their purpose.

Building a Professional Persona

We spend our working lives helping groups say what they mean. Then someone asks what we do, and we reach for “I hold space" or "I help groups achieve their purpose."

This workshop gives you a better answer. You’ll take one hard moment from your practice, name the choice you made in it, and turn that choice into a two-minute story about who you are, who you serve, and what you’re working toward.

Then you'll get feedback from your peers, and you’ll leave with a version you can use on LinkedIn, with clients, and in interviews.
