Join us this Thursday at 7 AM at the beach entrance on Av. dos Merlins (Founder Haus street) for an energizing start to your day.

✅ 10 spots per session (two canoes)
✅ Minimum 5 paddlers required for the session
✅ Confirmation needed the night before so we can prepare equipment
