Gharsa Amin is a Canadian entrepreneur, software engineer, and Founder & CEO of Kavodax — Canada's first stablecoin-powered cross-border payments platform, now live across 50+ countries. With a Master's in Public Administration specializing in financial crime management and experience across seven startups in Canada, the US, and Asia, she brings rare technical depth and a compliance-first mindset to global payments. Maggy R. is a Professional leader in cybersecurity and AI leader serving as Chair of Ai technology and Cybersecurity and Board Member at FJE Canada. She is part of a non profit movement to educate underserved communities in technology, a smart home automation Hub and different groups such as Women in Tech, Latina in Tech, Black women in tech and a new Ambassador for Wicys.
She leads initiatives in mentorship, AI technology, cyber resilience, and inclusive innovation while advocating for ethical AI and Cybersecurity, Femtech, and the advancement of women in technology and Stem.
