Three Teams. Two Countries. Four Weeks. No Budget.
Twelve young people. Three teams. Four weeks, no budget, no grant and no sponsor.
On Friday 23 October they show you what they did in their own communities in Tanzania and Pakistan, what they found and what did not work. Then you ask them anything.
Five secondary school students near Arusha, with Savannah Vision Tanzania, mapped what twelve households knew and lacked.
Two young people in Karachi took phone-free sessions from a private club to public parks.
Five university students in Karachi ran sessions on inherited assumptions between people from different backgrounds.
Five reviewers, four from outside the programme, scored them against a published scoring guide. Half the marks went to how honestly a team handled its evidence and consent, not to how good the result looked.
Come if you design programmes, teach, hire, or sign off on evidence somebody else produced. Come with a hard question. It is the most useful thing you can bring.
One hour, online, free. You will not be asked to speak, and we are not asking for money or endorsement. The session is recorded, and only what each participant has agreed to is shared.
You will leave with the Grassroots Playbook: seventeen experiments, free, in six languages. https://kubairshirazee.com/the-grassroots-playbook/ Scoring guide: https://kubairshirazee.com/grassroots-youth-programme-scoring-guide/
