π One Day Equipped β A One-Day Virtual Intensive on the Skills That Pay β September 19, 2026
βGet Seen. Get Valued. Get Paid What You're Worth.
βImagine walking into your next negotiation, interview, or introduction equipped to win.
βOne Day Equipped is a one-day virtual intensive for people who are done leaving money, offers, and opportunities on the table. Across five focused sessions, you'll learn the skills that determine whether your capability actually gets seen, valued, and paid for, taught by practitioners who use them, not theorists who study them. This isn't a lecture series. It's a working day: you leave with a rewritten resume, an optimized LinkedIn profile, a negotiation script, and a personal brand statement you're proud to put your name on.
ββ What's New for 2026
βThis year's program was built around one question: which skills actually determine whether your work gets recognized and compensated? Every session has been sequenced around current hiring and market data, opening with a new track on AI-powered execution so you're working faster from session one.
βWhat You'll Experience
ββ Live, Practitioner-Led Instruction: Every session is taught by someone actively doing the work, not narrating a slide deck.
ββ Real-Time Coaching: Bring your actual resume, LinkedIn profile, or an upcoming negotiation. You'll get specific feedback, not generic advice.
ββ Plug-and-Play Templates: Resume frameworks, LinkedIn optimization checklists, negotiation scripts, and prompt libraries you can use the same day.
ββ A Working Cohort: Small breakout rooms, so you build alongside people at your stageβnot lost in a five-hundred-person webinar.
ββ Full-Day Replay Access: Every session is recorded. Nothing is lost if life happens.
ββ Certificate of Completion: A shareable record of the day, ready for LinkedIn.
ββ A Follow-Up Session: A 90-minute October masterclass on persuasive communication: how to frame a request, write a message, or make a case so it moves people instead of getting ignored. Included free with Elite; available to all attendees at a member rate. A standalone session on salary and rate negotiation follows later this year.
βWhy This, Why Now
βThe rules changed faster than most people's toolkit did. AI has compressed how quickly work gets done, which means the advantage no longer belongs to whoever works hardest; it belongs to whoever can direct the work, articulate their value, and ask for what it's worth. Those are learnable skills. Almost no one is taught them directly.
βAt the same time, the systems that decide who gets seen have gotten more automated and less forgiving. Applicant tracking software filters resumes before a human ever reads them. Recruiters search LinkedIn before they post a job. Compensation conversations reward those who are prepared, not those who wait to be offered more. None of this is taught in school, and most of it isn't taught at work either; you're expected to have already figured it out.
βOne Day Equipped exists because these five skills are too consequential to keep learning by accident, one awkward negotiation or overlooked application at a time. You don't need a year, and you don't need a new career. You need one focused day, the right instruction, and a room of people building alongside you.
βWhat You'll Learn
βFour sessions, each one compounding into the next:
βLinkedIn Optimization and Personal Branding: Rebuilding both from the inside out: what actually gets past automated filters, what makes a recruiter stop scrolling, and how to describe your own work in a way that reflects its real value. Defining the specific, ownable reputation that makes you the obvious choice before a conversation even starts, so opportunity begins to come to you, not only the other way around.
βCareer Positioning: Most people can describe what they've done. Far fewer can say what they're aiming at. This session moves you from a vague sense of direction to two or three specific roles you could credibly pursue in the next 12 months and builds the narrative that connects the work you've already done to the work you want. If your path has changed direction more than once, this is where it stops looking accidental and starts reading as deliberate.
βResume Review & Writing: The most hands-on hour of the day. Submit your resume in advance, watch real ones get rewritten live on screen, then rebuild your own while someone who does this professionally looks over your shoulder. The core move is turning duties into evidence: what you were responsible for matters far less than what changed because you were there. You'll leave with a section you're actually proud of and a clear method for doing the same to the rest.
βMoney Behavior & Financial Confidence: The session that decides whether the number you just negotiated actually changes your life. Most people don't have a math problem; they have a habits problem, and no one ever names it. We'll look at where money quietly leaks, why lifestyle expands to swallow every increase, and how to build a system that holds on to an irregular or growing income. You'll leave with a 90-day money plan, a clear-eyed view of your own numbers, and a decision about what this raise is actually for.
βWe recommend attending the full day. Each session is designed to build directly on the one before it.
βHow It Works
βHere's how to reserve your seat:
βChoose Your Ticket: General Admission or VIP All-Access, depending on how much direct support you want.
βReserve Your Seat: Secure your spot with a one-time payment. Seats are capped to keep breakout rooms small.
βShow Up Ready to Build: Join live on September 19, laptop open, ready to leave with something real, a 90-minute not just notes.
βWhere You'll Be
βThis is a fully virtual intensive, hosted on Zoom with a dedicated community workspace for templates, breakout groups, and post-event connection. Sessions run in the EST time zone; a full schedule with time zone conversions is sent after registration.
βWhat You'll Need
βTo get the most out of the day, please arrive with the following:
βA laptop or desktop. A full day of building is difficult on a phone.
βYour current resume (as a document) and your LinkedIn profile link. We work with your real material, not hypotheticals.
βA notebook or note-taking app for your action plan.
βOne real goal to work toward: a negotiation on the calendar, an application in progress, or the brand you've been meaning to build.
