Data Booster Data & AI Literacy Round Table
With 9 editions in, one question keeps coming back at the Data & AI Literacy Round Table: who actually owns this?
Your professionals are already using AI, but do they have the right skills? Data & AI owns the strategy. HR owns the learning tools, the budget for people's hours and the performance conversation. Both sides need to work together to make your data & AI upskilling program a success.
So for the 10th edition we are putting Data & AI and HR in the same room for one afternoon.
The two talks
Stefanie Kuiper (ABN AMRO) takes on AI value realisation, including AI literacy, in the bank's new Central Data & AI Office from 1 October. In her keynote she shares what owning that means for her and her team, and how they work with HR to make AI adoption a success at ABN AMRO's.
Sandra Oudshoff (Conclusion) follows with a short add-on: where ownership of data & AI literacy actually sits at Conclusion and what it changed in the results.
Four breakouts
Then we split into 4 small groups, around the most burning questions that came up in 3 months of conversations with Data Booster clients:
Who owns data & AI literacy?
Why time (not money) has become the most important budget
How do you prove your program works?
Does measuring AI usage give you the behaviour you're looking for?
Past editions brought together leaders from ING, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Schiphol, KLM, Heineken, PGGM, PostNL, Just Eat Takeaway, Eneco and Brenntag. We keep the Round Table small on purpose, so everyone gets to bring their own questions to the table and leaves with ideas for their own data & AI literacy strategy.
