Training Camp Schedule
Warm-up - 9:00am: Networking and mingling
Huddle - 9:30am: Presentation of The Next Rung Playbook from members of the Next Rung team. Real-world lessons and data-driven findings on the early best practices linked to successful FOAK outcomes. Topics include:
Offseason Strategy: Basic science, funding and the owner's team. Get your fundamentals in place before the season starts
Preseason Strategy: Roadmap, chartering and concept scoping. This is where you draw up your project development plans
Tools and teams: From defense to offense to special teams, this is where a plan becomes a project that's ready to execute
Cool-down - 10:00am: More unstructured time for comparing notes and making connections with fellow scalers
We’ll have orange slices, coffee and electrolytes ready so you can rehydrate and stay focused after a long week!
