About Event

The way founders think about capital has undergone a significant shift.

What worked before, easy equity, aggressive growth, raising fast, doesn’t work the same way today.

This room exists for that shift.

THE CAPITAL ROOM is a private, invite-only gathering of 55–60 Seed to Series A+ tech founders & investors coming together to have real conversations around:

  • Capital strategy

  • Runway optimization

  • Debt, equity, and non-dilutive funding

It’s a curated environment designed for high-context conversations.
