About Event

This is a hands-on build night. Bring a laptop, and leave with a Claude agent that watches public sources every morning and tells you what you're missing.

I started Kairya Advisory four months ago and I'm the only employee. Since then I've signed several contracts, taken on a developer role on a $30 million project, and found opportunities I didn't know existed. I did it with machines I built in Claude, and I'm going to teach you how to build one.

I'll show you mine and walk through the method, about fifteen minutes. Then you spend the rest of the night building your own, with me, Eduardo Samayoa and Ashok Viswanath working the room. You leave with something that runs the next morning.

No coding. If you've used an AI chat window for twenty minutes, you can do this.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

  • Your own machine, running on a schedule, watching your sources

  • The method for building the next one, which is the part that keeps paying

  • The two mistakes that kill most people's setups in the first two weeks

  • How to build all of it without exposing anything private, yours or your clients'

WHO THIS IS FOR

Founders and consultants who are missing things that were public the whole time. If you've ever said "I wish I'd known about that sooner," come.

WHAT TO BRING

People who come prepared leave with a working machine. People who don't leave with notes.

  1. A laptop. Charged, with a charger. Not a tablet or a phone.

  2. A Claude account you can log into, desktop app installed and working. Test it before you come. Not sure whether yours can run a scheduled task? Reply to your confirmation email and we'll sort it out before the night instead of during it.

  3. One thing you found out about too late. Write it down before you come. This is the seed of your whole machine.

    • A city RFP for exactly what I do, seen three days after it closed.

    • A conference call for speakers, discovered when someone else posted from the stage.

    • A grant round that opened and closed while I was heads-down on client work.

    • A company I'd been trying to reach announced funding, and I heard about it two months later.

  4. The website where that information was sitting. Go get the URL. It's almost always public and usually somewhere you already know about.

    • Your city or county procurement page.

    • A conference's call for proposals page.

    • A state or foundation grants portal.

    • A permit, license, or filings database.

    • An association's events calendar.

  5. Two examples: one you'd have jumped on, one you'd have ignored. Same category, opposite answer. This is how you teach it to tell them apart, and it's the part you can't do on the fly.

    • Jump on: a 90-unit multifamily in Denver, still in design, private owner.

    • Ignore: a 6-unit remodel in Pueblo, already under construction.

Come with those five and you'll have something running before you leave.
