Agentic AI has the potential to transform how critical infrastructure is operated - from network optimisation and fault resolution to security, customer operations and increasingly autonomous infrastructure.
But handing AI the ability to act inside a critical network raises a very different class of question from deploying a chatbot.
What can the agent see? What can it change? Who gave it permission? How do you know what it has done? And how do you take back control?
This private dinner brings together senior telecoms and CNI leaders to compare which agentic AI use cases are moving beyond pilots, what is delivering genuine operational value, where implementations are getting stuck, and how organisations are building the trust and governance required for deployment in critical systems.
The aim is practical peer learning: what is working, what isn't, and what we can learn from each other before AI agents become a normal part of the infrastructure we depend upon.
