La Mesa Meets: Community Coaching with Meris E. Stone
Bring your biggest question. Leave with greater clarity.
Sometimes what we need isn't another podcast, another book, or another opinion.
We need space to think out loud.
La Mesa Meets is a monthly community coaching experience where we gather around the table with exceptional coaches, leaders, and practitioners who help us navigate the questions that matter most.
We're joined by Meris E. Stone for an interactive coaching session designed to help you gain clarity on the challenge, decision, or opportunity that's been occupying your mind.
Whether you're navigating a career transition, leading a team, wrestling with a difficult decision, or simply trying to figure out what's next, you're invited to bring your biggest question.
Because sometimes clarity doesn't come from thinking harder.
It comes from thinking together.

About Meris
Meris Stone, ICF ACC, is the founder of No Stone Unturned Consulting LLC, where she coaches mid-career women navigating growth and transition. She also coaches executive leaders through Exec Online and volunteers with The Humanitarian Coaching Network, bringing her practice across individual, organizational, and global humanitarian contexts.
What makes Meris's coaching especially compelling is the depth of experience she brings into the room. Over the past 15+ years, she's led complex, cross-functional initiatives across international development, global health, technology, and the nonprofit sector. She's managed distributed teams spanning 10 countries, overseen programs with budgets exceeding $100 million, and advised leaders navigating significant change.
Meris holds a PMP certification, an M.A. in International Development, and a Diversity and Inclusion certificate. Rather than treating those as credentials alone, she brings them to her coaching as lenses that deepen her curiosity and sharpen her questions.
Her coaching framework, The Power Position, is grounded in a simple but powerful belief:
You cannot build a strategy on a foundation you have not examined.
