βπ The Center for Black Entrepreneurship is proud to present the 2nd Annual New Venture Competition, hosted on April 23 at Spelman College.
βAfter weeks of workshops and mentorship, 10 finalist teams will pitch their ventures to a panel of judges including founders, investors, and industry leaders.
βFinalists will compete for up to $30,000 in non-dilutive funding, along with mentorship and continued support from CBE.
βThe program will also feature a βPull-Up and Pitchβ activation, where six students will be randomly selected to deliver a 60-second live pitch of their business idea or βbusiness vibe.β Selected participants will receive $500 in funding for their business.
βStudents may sign up on the spot, but RSVP is required to be eligible to pitch.
