Unlocking Development Sites for Affordable Housing – A London Community Land Trust Guide
About the event
Join us for a Westminster reception and panel discussion, chaired by Baroness Polly Neate, to mark the launch of a new best-practice guide exploring how smaller development sites can deliver genuinely affordable, community-led homes.
Hosted by London CLT, this Westminster panel event will bring together politicians, policymakers, housing professionals and community organisations to share practical insights and policy solutions for unlocking smaller development sites.
At a challenging time for housing delivery, community-led housing can help provide additionality to housing supply while focusing on homes for those who need them most.
We are currently confirming final speakers and will share further details soon, including ministerial participation.
