​Second East Bay AI Builders & Operators lunch.

​Last time I walked through my AI setup on the screen. This time the room drives.

​How it works:

• ​We go around and introduce ourselves. Just who you are and how you're using AI, or what you're working on. No prep needed, and you don't have to bring a topic.

• ​If you've got a problem or question you'd want the group's help on, we put it up on the board.

• ​We break into small groups at tables around the topics people pick, work them out together, then come back and share what we figured out.

​You meet the other people around here doing this kind of work, and if you brought a problem, you leave with real next steps on it.

​Want the room to dig into your thing? Submit a topic ahead of time at startuptosold.com/events. The ones that come in early are what I build the small groups around.

​It's for people already using AI for their own work. Solo founders, small business owners, builders, operators.

​Schedule (12 to 1:30 PM):

• ​12:00 arrive, grab a seat, intros

• ​12:20 pick topics, break into small groups

• ​1:05 come back together, share

• ​1:20 open networking
