About Event

The best revenue operators in Munich, in one room for one night. Three of them on stage, the rest of us in the room, and Berlin's night hands its best plays straight to this one.

That's night two of the GTM World Tour, twenty-four hours after Berlin. Ten cities in one month, Berlin to San Francisco. Nothing gets streamed or recorded, so you're either in the room or you missed it.

Why this tour exists: last year 78% of sales teams missed quota, and hiring your way out stopped being an option here. German business AI adoption sat at 17% last year, and the reps you'd need aren't on the market anyway. The difference is the machine, not the effort. So we're building that machine live, one part per city, and Munich gets part two: finding the leak.

The night

  • 18:00 · Doors open. Food, drinks and a room worth the conversation

  • 18:30 · Opening

  • 18:40 · Intro and case from us. One real funnel opened stage by stage on screen until the leak is visible. How to find the stage where your pipeline actually leaks, before you spend a euro rebuilding anything

  • 19:05 · Case from Make. A working GTM automation from the team who build them for a living, in their own office. A real RevOps use case, not a product demo

  • 19:20 to 20:15 · The panel. Three companies that all grew fast, and none of them by hiring more salespeople. Melanie Riebel, Chief Revenue Officer at Chaos, which grows inbound first on a community they own. Ben Bauer, VP of Sales at WorkFlex, who has built sales three times in three categories nobody was buying yet. Stefan Bader, co-founder and CEO of Cello, which had nobody with sales in their title for three years. Each of them built something that keeps working after you stop pushing. Each of them still leaks somewhere. That is the part we are going after. Plus notes from the road: what Berlin did differently last night, and where this city lands against it

  • From 20:15 · GTM roundtables, optional, then drinks until 22:00. Six to eight people a table, an operator running each one, and you're seated by the problem you named on your application. Tonight: where your pipeline leaks · enterprise cycles that refuse to get shorter · automating the work you can't staff

Doors at 18:00 at the Make office, done by 22:00. Nothing is recorded and nothing is streamed, which is the whole reason people say the real number out loud.

You'll go home with the 2026 GTM framework to run on your own funnel, at least one play you can ship the same week, and the GTM Manifesto.

GTM RED

Every guest gets a community seat in GTM RED, the global community we're launching with this tour. Inside: the plays and automations that actually work, shared by operators worldwide, everything built on stage in all ten cities, and tool deals we're negotiating with the vendors. You can't buy in and there's no application from outside. You sit in one of the ten rooms, or you wait for year two.

Who should come: founders, CEOs and revenue leaders at B2B companies with more than 30 employees. If you'd rather rebuild your machine than hire three more people to run the old one, this is your room.

Hosted by Roman Hipp (BetterContact) and Nicolas Schell (Scalantec).

Partners across the tour include Clay, Merantix AI Campus, Gong, Hexa, Make, Katapult, HeyReach, Factorial and Landbase, with more announced soon.

Tonight's seats are down to the last few. Apply and we reply today.
