Virtual Deep Dive: Agentic Workflow Lab

​In this interactive virtual session, we’ll examine how to redesign real workflows using AI agents, from identifying bottlenecks to restructuring execution across teams. The focus is not on tools, but on building systems that reduce complexity and increase leverage.

This session focuses on what it actually looks like to operate differently. We’ll break down how to identify where time, decisions, and coordination are breaking down, and how to rebuild those workflows using AI agents.

​It will be led by Kyle Carriedo, who spent years building and presenting products at Apple before moving into early-stage company building, and Ben Sharpe, an Apple and Microsoft alum with over three decades of experience architecting complex systems.

​Join if you are:

• ​A technical operator (engineering, product, or data) actively implementing AI workflows

• ​Responsible for how automation or agents integrate into real systems

​This session is not designed for:

• ​General interest in AI without hands-on responsibility

• ​Purely strategic or non-technical roles
