Explore and Connect

​It’s easy to keep looking down at the path you should take, and not the path you really want to take. Exploring has lost it’s spark when you can easily use your phone to navigate new routes.

​For this event, we'll go on a short walk around Stanmer Park together and take a look at the amazing projects at Stanmer Organics. We will end our walk with a cafe social so people can grab a drink if they like and discuss future Logging Off Club Brighton events!

​This is your opportunity to log off, connect with others and reflect on your community and surroundings.

​This event is in collaboration with mind, body & earth, a community project run by Meg that holds creative spaces for healing and connection through art and wellbeing workshops.

​Please keep your phone in your pocket or bag during the walk, turned off or on do not disturb, so you can slow down and enjoy a mindful walk.
