An evening for ML researchers
Leading up to NeurIPS 26, Blackbird will be hosting a series of curated events for ML researchers and applied ML engineers.
To kick this off, we are hosting our first one on the 10th of April with an incredible line-up of speakers:
Prof. Joseph Powell on identifying causal genetic mechanisms underlying human disease.
Ajanthan Thalaiyasingam on practical challenges of efficient decentralised model training.
The agenda for the evening will be as follows:
5.30PM: Doors open
6-6.20PM: Talk by Prof. Joseph Powell
6.20-7PM: Chats + food & drinks
7-7.20PM: Talk by Ajanthan Thalaiyasingam
7.20-7.40PM: Special Guest
7.40PM-9PM: Networking
We are intentionally keeping this event curated and small. If you have any questions or recommendations of researchers we should invite, please email [email protected] or [email protected].
