Hermes Desktop for Everyone: Nous Research x Kracked Devs

​An official Hermes community event, run by Kracked Devs and The AI Builder School in collaboration with Nous Research.

​This is a full-day, hands-on workshop for builders who already use Hermes and want to go from chatting with a model to running an agent that actually gets work done. You'll leave with working artifacts built on your own laptop, not just notes.

​What you'll learn

• ​The agent mental model: Ask → Observe → Act → Verify → Approve

• ​A full tour of Hermes Desktop: Composer, Model Selector, Projects, File Browser and Artifact Preview

• ​G-C-C-O-V, a structured prompting framework (Goal, Context, Constraints, Output, Verification)

• ​Grounded file extraction from PDFs, CSVs and text, with citations and no made-up facts

​What you'll build

​In the afternoon capstone sprint, you'll turn a messy event brief, venue rules and a raw budget sheet into a verified master plan using Hermes. Selected builders then demo their work on stage for peer and mentor feedback.

​Level: Beginner to intermediate. You should already have used Hermes.

​Bring: A laptop with Hermes Desktop installed and a charger.

​Seats: 30 builders only. Registration is by approval, so please answer the questions properly. Kracked Devs members will be goven priority!
