Welcome to Revolute: Boston Physical AI Hackathon, an intensive, hands-on weekend dedicated to building at the intersection of hardware and artificial intelligence.
The theme for this hackathon? Cooking with robot arms! 👩🍳🦾
Your team of four to five people gets one reBot arm, one leader arm, two cameras, and a Jetson Nvidia edge compute system. Your mission over the weekend:
Have fun.
Learn something new.
Build something awesome! (Or at least somewhat edible 😋)
Participation is limited to 30 people because of our hardware capacity. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis with final approvals released by 7/28.
Note: This is an 18+ event. Teams should have at least one person familiar with hardware, software, and/or robotics to help keep things running smoothly.
When: August 01–02
Where: 325 Main St, Cambridge, MA (Kendall Square)
Admission: Applications required.
We’ll have >$1,000 in prizes, and all food is included.
There will also be a "science-fair" style open house 3-4pm on Sunday (same location), feel free to stop by!
Our main goal is not just competition, it’s to bring together and grow Boston’s robotics and physical AI community.
