Inspired by  California's (SB 1047), which was ultimately vetoed by Governor Newsom in 2024, New York's legislatures have passed the Raise Act, and is currently waiting for New York Governor Hochul to sign into law by end of year 2025. This session introduces the new Chrome DevTools MCP enabling AI agents to debug your website from the browser. Learn how this integration allows an LLM to directly analyze performance, inspect the DOM, and troubleshoot network requests to help you build better websites, faster.

Steve Brudz: Self‑Healing Tests & Everflame Reports: AI‑Powered QA for Rails - Phoenix’s latest release introduced self‑healing tests. After you sign off on an Everflame report, Phoenix automatically prunes stale tests and replaces them with new ones based on your updated code. This talk demonstrates how self‑healing works, how it changes the way we think about test maintenance, and how Everflame reports keep your team in the loop. If you’ve ever skipped writing tests to hit a deadline, come see how Phoenix gives you confidence without the maintenance burden.
