We'll begin by exploring the study’s findings and reflecting on emerging themes. Then, in a panel discussion featuring voices from across industries, we’ll share lived experiences and discuss what these insights mean for the future of experience design in Canada.
Experience Design Collective’s (EDC) is a cross-disciplinary community of experience designers - CX, UX, service design, product professionals and beyond - working together to shape meaningful, human-centered experiences.
The event is being hosted in partnership with Business Design Initiative (BDI), an educational centre at the Rotman School of Management focused on human-centered innovation and business design.
