About Event

Leave with a plan for both of you.

In one evening, learn what most couples only hear after months of trying: what a semen analysis shows, which vitamins are worth it, and why the next three months matter for him as much as for her.

What you get:

  • A talk from Materna's clinical team and Dr. Arielle Bayer of CCRM Fertility

  • Open Q&A. Ask the questions you'd never ask at a regular checkup

  • Free Bird&Be samples to take home

  • Materna's preconception guide for both partners, free

This Thursday, Oct 15 · 6 to 8 PM · West Village · 40 seats

Materna and Bird&Be invite you to It Takes Two: Preconception, Vitamins & Fertility, an approachable and informative evening for anyone thinking about growing their family.

Together, we’ll explore the steps both partners can take before trying to conceive, from preconception testing, cycle and hormone health, and key nutrient levels to male fertility, semen analysis, and choosing the right vitamin support.

Guests will hear from Materna’s clinical team and Bird&Be’s fertility experts, have the opportunity to ask questions, and leave with practical next steps for preparing for pregnancy with greater clarity and confidence.

Fertility preparation should not begin only after something goes wrong, nor should it fall on one partner alone.
