About Event

Building a climate tech startup is never a straight path. Markets shift, technologies evolve, and even the best-laid plans face unexpected challenges. What separates the startups that survive from those that don’t is resilience.

Join TEDxHarvard Square and Indigo Ag for an evening conversation on the realities of building and scaling companies in climate tech. This panel will bring together founders, operators, and investors to share candid stories about navigating setbacks, adapting strategies, and building durable companies in one of the most complex and important sectors of our time.

Indigo Ag

Indigo Ag, a leader in sustainable agriculture, works to improve farmer profitability, environmental sustainability, and consumer health through nature-based and digital technologies. Their work integrates sustainability and biological solutions across the agricultural supply chain, helping optimize how the world’s most impactful crops are produced, sourced, and distributed.

TEDxHarvard Square

TEDxHarvard Square is where Boston's brightest minds gather to turn bold ideas into reality. We're the first and only TEDx Founder-Funder House, a new TED initiative for builders. We connect MIT and Harvard's innovation ecosystems with funders and operators across greater Boston. Through monthly hackathons, pitch nights, and hands-on programming, we don't just share ideas. We launch the ventures that will define tomorrow.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • The hardest moments climate tech startups face

  • How leaders adapt when the original plan fails

  • Lessons in resilience from real startup journeys

  • What it takes to build lasting impact in climate and agriculture

Expect an engaging panel discussion followed by networking with founders, operators, and members of the Boston climate tech community.

This event is part of TEDxHarvard Square’s mission to bring together thinkers, builders, and innovators to spark ideas and conversations that move the world forward.
