Erin Lee is an executive coach and leadership facilitator who has spent over a decade helping leaders and teams grow through clarity, connection, and purpose. She has trained leaders at companies including LVMH, Google, and HSBC, and has worked with over 10,000 participants worldwide on leadership, inclusion, and organisational culture. Drawing on research in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and creativity, Erin designs experiences that spark insight and meaningful change. She co-authored the "Eve of Change" study on executive women leading transformation in global organisations, and specialises in helping women lead with purpose and authenticity.
