Institutional and Policy Forum - Europe's Next Financial Layer
The European Ethereum Institute and Oak Security present the only event where regulators, Institutions, and Builders meet for a whole day.
Brought to you by Arbitrum, we are diving into the three defining challenges of the next decade. We're building a bridge between DeFi builders and institutions through a dedicated founder-focused gathering.
The financial system is going through one of its biggest transformations in decades - finance is moving on-chain.
We discuss MiCA, DORA, and the Travel Rule to quantum resilience, operational security, and DLT standards on the infrastructure side. On top of that, institutional adoption, market unification, CBDCs, tokenized deposits, stablecoins, DeFi, and the new business models emerging at the intersection of all of it.
If you care about where European finance is heading and want to be in the room when the frameworks, risks, and opportunities get debated openly, this is your event.
Only possible thanks to our strategic partner, Bermuda.
Arbitrum and DeFi Founders Club organize a pitch competition for the Event:

WHY NOW
Europe is moving from policy framing to live deployment. Wholesale settlement on DLT, tokenised funds, and a maturing MiCA regime are converging in 2026. The decisions taken this year will define who builds, who supervises, and who participates.
Conversations span the live regulatory agenda, Appia and central bank settlement, the Market Integration and Supervision Package, the MICA implementation alongside the technical questions that will define the decade: quantum readiness, identity, privacy, and cybersecurity.

Powering the programmable economy
Arbitrum is the finance-native blockchain platform providing infrastructure for applications, tokenization, and dedicated blockchain environments.
Bermuda
Bermuda is the privacy layer between Enterprises and Ethereum. Enterprises need privacy and compliance to go on-chain. EVM has the largest ecosystem but lacks both. Bermuda adds them — without moving to a new chain.
