Session 1 - Founders DNA + Tea Ceremony

​A guided session on the values, archetypes, and operating principles behind how founders actually build — paired with a tea ceremony to reset the room.

​12:00 – 12:30 | Welcome & Room Reset (5 min) Tea is served. No pitches, no decks - just presence. Host sets the tone: this session is about who you are, not what you're building.

​12:30 – 12:40 | The DNA Framework (10 min) Facilitator introduces the 9 Founder Archetypes from FI's research - Hustler, Visionary, Innovator, Architect, etc. Quick show of hands or verbal poll: "Which one resonates most right now?"

​12:40 – 12:50 | Operating Principles in the Room (10 min) 3–4 founders share one sentence each: "The trait that got me here - and the one that's almost broken me." Anchored in FI's "Good DNA" (perseverance, proactivity, fluid intelligence) vs. "Bad DNA" (excuse-making, emotional instability, narcissism).

​12:50 – 12:57 | VC Lens (7 min) One investor in the room responds: "What founder DNA do I actually back - and what have I learned to avoid?" Candid, off-record.

​12:57 – 13:00 | Intention Set (3 min) Each table picks one word for how they want to show up for the rest of the day.

Session 2 - RaiseTalks Decoder Game

​A live, room-built conversation where founders, investors, and operators decode what actually closes a round. No speakers, no slides, no panel - the room IS the panel. Each attendee votes with a $1,000 chip on the questions that matter most. The four most-funded questions get answered live, in front of everyone, by the people sitting across the table.

​14:00 – 14:04 | Welcome & The 8 Questions (4 min) Both moderators open the room: no speakers, no slides - the only people who talk tonight are you. They read aloud the 8 questions printed on the central table: 4 founder questions for investors to answer, 4 investor questions for founders to answer.

​14:04 – 14:09 | The Vote (5 min) Each attendee walks to the table and places their one chip - framed as $1,000 of their knowledge budget - on the question they'd actually pay to hear the answer to. No splits. No second chances.

​14:09 – 14:15 | Budget Reveal & Q1 Launch (6 min) Both moderators count the table together, out loud, by chip color: founders white, investors orange, operators purple. The 4 most-funded questions become the live agenda - built by the room, in real time, in front of the room. The first winning question opens.

​14:15 – 14:32 | Decode #1 (17 min) One-word Mentimeter cloud captures the room's gut reaction. The biggest word is revealed; hands go up to claim it. Investor voice answers first; founder voice answers second; cross-side dialogue follows.

​14:32 – 14:49 | Decode #2 (17 min) Same rhythm, second-most-funded question. The room learns the cadence after #1 and follows it intuitively from here.

​14:49 – 15:06 | Decode #3 (17 min) Same rhythm, third question.

​15:06 – 15:23 | Decode #4 (17 min) Final winning question. Every chip on the paper has earned an answer.

​15:23 – 15:30 | The Shift
