The Business of Practice: Practical AI in Action (London)
Join us in London for The Business of Practice, a half-day, hands-on session focused on real-world AI applications for tax pros, especially those who run their own firms. This is a "bring your laptop" kind of session. Relaxed, informal, interactive.
This is not a lecture-style workshop. Instead, we’ll run the session as a collaborative co-working experience - sharing practical use cases, testing tools, building prompts, and helping each other solve real challenges in our businesses.
You do not need to attend the International Tax Pro Summit to join this event, but it’s a great continuation for those who are attending.
Agenda
This will be heavily AI. Bring your laptop. All the cool kids are using AI, and none of us think we are in the cool kid club and we are falling behind. FOMO is real. If that's you, you'll feel at home.
Research. Jack Moore from Accordance.com will give a presentation on how to use their premier tax research AI tool. If you don't already have a subscription, maybe :-) Jack will be handing out free test drive accounts.
Pricing and revenue. We are running businesses. Pricing matters. There will be a session to encourage you and help you to raise your prices. And it's important for you to have high ticket services to offer. The Pareto Principle says that 20% of your customers are able and willing to buy a higher-priced service from you. We will have a session about that.
Knowledge base. You're going to accelerate your skills and production when you can re-use your work product and knowledge. We are in the early stages for this. OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code + Obsidian. These are current tools that are in the early stages of adoption and experimentation. They're semi-reliable
Limited Attendance
Since we don't know how many people will be interested, we reserved a room to fit 20 people. So that may mean a waiting list if there are too many people that want to sign up.

We will be meeting at a co-working space in London on Saturday morning, June 27, 2026. We are in the final stages of picking the venue.
