Lo-Fi AI: The study group for product people to learn about AI

​This session explores where AI can genuinely support product managers and leaders, and where it falls short.

​Together, we’ll map out the broad responsibilities of a PM, from customer insight to strategy, roadmapping, and beyond, and look at how AI fits (or doesn’t) in each.

​Expect a mix of discussion, shared examples from the group, and collaborative mapping in Miro. Depending on numbers, we may break into smaller groups.

​You’ll walk away with:

• ​A clear view of where AI tools can add the most value across the PM toolkit.

• ​Real use cases from peers already experimenting with AI.

• ​A practical framework (our shared Miro map) you can build on after the session.
