An award-winning tech entrepreneur and the Co-founder and CEO of PeopleXYZ, an AI-first operating system unifying recruitment, compliant onboarding, management and supply chain intelligence for the global non-permanent workforce.
With over 15 years of experience delivering digital transformation for major institutions, including Barclays, UBS, AIG and KPMG, she is building technology that helps organisations hire, manage, and scale external talent more intelligently.
Beyond building companies, Tommie is a prominent voice in the global entrepreneurship ecosystem. She serves as UK President of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance, Board Chair of the UK Entrepreneurs Alliance, and sits on the Advisory Board of the Mayor of London’s Grow London Global programme.
Her work has earned her international recognition, including The Future Awards' Business Woman of the Year, EQL:HER Inspiring Fifty UK 2025, and being named among Founders Forum Group’s 100 Women Tech Founders to Watch.
Speaker - Omon Eni, Co-Founder at Ascendia
Omon Eni is the co-founder of Ascendia, a career development platform built for ambitious professionals navigating uncertainty in a rapidly changing world of work.
Previously an NHS Healthcare Assistant, before moving into improvement and transformation, where she redesigned clinical pathways, coached over 50 staff through large-scale organisational change, and led initiatives that delivered measurable results across the trust.
Today, alongside Ascendia, Omon is a Senior Product Manager at the Ministry of Justice, where she leads the digital products that shape how people leaving custody access housing and reintegrate into society. Her work sits at the intersection of justice, technology and human outcomes, designing services that affect thousands of lives at some of their most vulnerable moments.

Speaker - Gori Yahaya, Founder at Upskill Universe
A multi-award-winning entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and founder and CEO of UpSkill Universe, a global learning and social impact organisation shaping how businesses and societies build confidence with AI and future skills.
Over the past decade, he has led some of the world’s largest digital and AI upskilling programmes, helping more than 800,000 people gain practical, job-relevant skills through partnerships with organisations including Google, Microsoft, Walmart, Mastercard, and HSBC. With delivery teams across Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and beyond, Gori’s work focuses on making AI and digital skills accessible at scale through local trainer networks, tech-talent academies, and human-led learning experiences.
He also serves on the UK Government’s Digital Skills Council, contributing to national discussions on emerging technologies and the future workforce.
