Building Belonging: Intersectional Allyship
This session builds on foundational concepts of inclusion by guiding participants through the development of a personalized action plan for allyship, grounded in an intersectional lens. Attendees will explore how overlapping identities shape individual experiences in the workplace and community, and reflect on how power, privilege, and bias can influence their roles as allies.
Through facilitated discussion and interactive exercises, participants will identify tangible steps they can take to show up more effectively and authentically in support of LGBTQ+ individuals and other marginalized communities. This session is ideal for those looking to move beyond intention and into meaningful, informed action.
