Rewild Your Senses: A Sensory Walk in the Arnold Arboretum
Join us for a sensory walk where we slow down, tune in, and let nature do what it does best — regulate.
The Arnold Arboretum is one of Boston's most beautiful living museums. On this guided morning walk, we're using it as a nervous system reset — moving through the grounds with intention, noticing what we hear, smell, touch, and feel underfoot. Less thinking, more sensing.
This is for the people who know they need more nature in their life but haven't made it a practice yet. Come as you are. We'll do the rest together.
8:00 – 8:15am · Arrive, ground, introductions
8:15 – 9:15am · Guided sensory walk through the Arboretum
9:15 – 9:30am · Close, share, connect
📍 Meet us at the Hunnewell Building — the main visitor center just inside the Arborway entrance. It's the first building you'll see as you walk through the main gate. Easy to find, easy to get to (Forest Hills on the Orange Line is a 5-minute walk).
About The Rewilding Collective
The Rewilding Collective creates thoughtfully designed experiences where we quiet the noise, regulate our nervous systems, and come together in community. Rooted in creativity, movement, play, reflection, and time in nature, we create the conditions to reset and show up more fully in both our work and lives.
