Building Your Team of Agents
Most of us use AI as a tool. Open ChatGPT, ask a question, close the tab. It forgets you every time: a brilliant intern with amnesia.
Liam stopped using AI as a tool and started managing it as a team. Nine agents, each with a name, a role, and access to his real systems. One runs his morning briefing, one drafts everything he writes, one tracks his competitors and the AI labs. They remember him, they follow his rules, and they produce work he can use.
In this live session, Liam will show his actual team doing real work, then walk through how to build your own:
Tool to team. The shift from using AI as a tool to managing it as a workforce, and why product people are best placed to make it.
A real agent team, live. The org chart, what each agent does, and one workflow running start to finish.
The three agents to build first. A chief of staff, an executive assistant, and a content lead. What each one earns you, and the order to build them.
What changes for you as a PM. When agents handle execution, your taste becomes the moat and your writing becomes instruction.
The starter stack and cost. The whole setup runs at about the price of a Netflix subscription. Here's exactly what's in it.
Your first agent this week. Where to start, and why most people fail by trying to build everything at once.
For product managers and leaders who want to do more with AI than use ChatGPT. No code required.
Speaker bio
Liam Darmody is a product leader and the creator of Rundock, an open-source platform for building and running teams of AI agents. He spent over eight years at Pivotal Labs and VMware, shipping products with client teams and teaching them to do it without him. Now he runs his own work, from content to research to competitive intel, through a team of agents he built himself, and helps companies build their own. He writes daily on LinkedIn about AI and product leadership, and he'll be demoing his team live.
A live walkthrough of Liam's own agent team, followed by audience Q&A. This is a free webinar hosted by Hustle Badger.
