Foresight Institute is launching its San Francisco AI Node — a new kind of community hub bringing together researchers, builders, and funders working on AI for science and safe, sovereign AI.

What are Foresight's AI Nodes?
Foresight's AI Nodes are local hubs offering grant funding, access to local compute, and community focused on using AI for Science and AI Safety.
AI Node members work on:
AI for security
Private AI
Decentralized and cooperative AI
AI for science and epistemics
AI for neuro, brain-computer interfaces and whole brain emulation
AI for longevity biotechnology
AI for molecular nanotechnology
We're also building out a local compute infrastructure and are hiring a systems administrator to help manage and scale local compute resources for node members.
