A Vliegwiel Breakfast
Vliegwiel (Dutch for Flywheel) is a community of startups pushing The Netherlands to grow exponentially. On April 1, we're unveiling our portrait series magazine: an intimate collection of stories from founders at all stages of building their company. We'll be joined by a special guest for the occasion, but more on that soon.
Across the series, four themes kept surfacing which we'll dig into during the event:
Talent – how founders build world-class teams
Policy – a regulatory environment that works to empower startups
Investment – more capital, at every stage, from more sources
Culture – shifting the national narrative on ambition and risk
A few experienced founders will share how these themes shaped their journey. No rehearsed talks, no slides. Just real conversations about the decisions that mattered, and what they'd do differently.
You are also invited on stage! Bring your questions, your doubts, your boerenverstand. This is a room of peers, and the best insights often come from the audience.
Practical
Doors open at 08:30 with coffee, tea, croissants, and fruit. The program runs from 09:00 until 11:00, giving you plenty of time to connect afterwards.
