About Our Panelists:
Rob Krolik served as Yelp’s Chief Financial Officer for five years and led them to a successful IPO. Previously he worked in CFO roles at Move, eBay, Shopping.com, and DigitalThink. He now is a GP at Burst Capital, serves on the board of directors and audit committee of The RealReal (NASDAQ:REAL) and is a Member of the Finance Committee of BBYO, a non-profit. He is also a Finance Fellow at the Aspen Institute and currently teaches a course he created titled, "How to be a Great CFO", which gives practical advice on the disciplines within the CFO role.
Rob grew up in Dallas and attended the University of Texas at Austin. He enjoys the occasional pickleball game, drinking wine and watching sports.
Alok Pandey is a senior investor and operator with 15+ years of experience across venture capital, private equity, and growth equity. He is currently the CFO at Alembic Technologies and a Venture Partner & Investor at NextEquity Partners. He is a Board member or observer at Alembic, Filmhub, Luxury Presence, and QCI. Alok previously held roles with TCV, Vector Capital, and J.P. Morgan Investment Banking.
Alok is a Santa Cruz native, avid tennis player, Bay Area sports fan, and a proud father of two.
