About Event

Every couple argues — but conflict doesn’t have to leave you stuck, drained, or resentful.

Beneath every argument are clues about your vulnerabilities, triggers, and communication styles. When you know how to read those clues, conflict can actually lead to deeper understanding and connection.

This free community event is your chance to pause, reflect, and shift the patterns that keep repeating in your relationship.

With guidance from a licensed therapist and the support of others who know what it’s like, you’ll explore:

  • The hidden meaning of common conflict patterns, and how they can teach you about yourself, your needs, and how to best bond with your partner.

  • Your unique conflict, communication, and attachment styles — and how to use that awareness to turn disagreements into deeper connection.

  • Everyday tools that help foster connection and compassion when things start to get heated.

  • How to transform frustration into strength to build resilience, empathy, and intimacy from the very arguments that once pulled you apart.

You’ll leave with practical skills and fresh perspectives to turn conflict into one of your greatest relationship strengths — creating more love, trust, and ease in everyday life.

This event is 90 minutes long, with cameras on. Participants are encouraged to introduce themselves (first names only), and share as they feel comfortable.
