About Event
We're all feeling a bit overwhelmed right now.
Fall is a busy season, AI makes it crazier, and that's why it's even more important to schedule time in for self care.
Join me for a reset at Reset Islington! Sign up for the 6pm class here: https://resetsauna.com/ or on Classpass.
Hope to see you there,
Maggie
P.S. If you don't like the ice bath, you don't have to go in for long!
