About Event

What happens when AI moves beyond answering questions to getting work done? Explore how organisations are putting AI agents to work and hear from practitioners as they share lessons learnt from building and deploying agentic systems.

More About the Sharings

John Ang (Founder, Hasky Technologies) will share on "Building Agentic Systems for SME Operations"

Agentic AI is often discussed in the context of copilots and chat, but many of its most practical applications sit within operational workflows. John will share how his team deploys an "SME Second Brain", an agentic platform that captures a business's operational knowledge and puts it to work through autonomous agents handling scheduling, logistics, quality assurance, and customer operations. He will also share how this enables enterprise-grade custom systems to be delivered in under 3 months at SME-accessible cost, and present case studies that showcase how real working software has been developed and is running for up to 40x less vs frontier models, and how the compounding effect of a Second Brain turns a small team into one operating at many times its size. (Technical Level: 100 - 200)

Christopher Hoo (Field Solutions Engineer, Airia) will share on "Securing AI Agents in Production"

As AI moves from experimentation into production, security and governance can no longer be afterthoughts. In this session, Christopher will draw from real-world deployments to break down the practical architecture of a secure enterprise AI stack. Using Airia, recently recognised as a Gartner Visionary in AI Orchestration, he'll explore how organisations address challenges such as runtime security, shadow AI, and end-to-end observability while balancing governance with developer productivity. Learn what it takes to build AI systems that are secure, governed, and ready for production. (Technical Level: 100 - 200)

Vinoth (Co-founder & CTO, MonstarX) will share on "Engineering Multi-Agent Systems: Building an AI App Studio for Asia."

AI-native app builders are changing how software is developed, but building one requires far more than orchestrating a handful of agents. Vinoth will share how a small team engineered MonstarX, an AI-native app-building platform for the Asian market, using a multi-agent architecture. Through the platform's design and evolution, he'll explore the engineering decisions, orchestration patterns, and trade-offs involved in turning AI agents from impressive demos into production-ready software. (Technical Level: 200)

More About the Speakers

  • John Ang is the founder of Hasky Technologies, where he builds Agentic Systems and AI Employees for SMEs, agentic systems that occupy operational roles and compound business knowledge into a "Second Brain" that grows sharper over time. Previously, John was Head of AI Engineering at Temus, where he led a team of 50 AI and Data Engineers.

  • Christopher Hoo is a Forward Deployed Engineer at Airia, an Enterprise AI Orchestration Platform that helps organisations securely build, deploy, and manage AI at scale. He works at the intersection of AI engineering and enterprise deployment, helping teams transition from AI pilots to production-grade systems equipped with the necessary corporate governance and security controls. Previously, Christopher was with AI Singapore, where he focused on fine-tuning large language models with advanced agentic machine translation and model alignment.

  • Vinoth Varatharajan is Co-founder & CTO of MonstarX, an AI-native app-building platform built for the Asian market. He co-founded the MonstarX team within Monstar-lab — a Tokyo-listed global software group of ~1,500 people serving enterprise clients across the region — where he leads the engineering behind its multi-agent code-generation system. With 15+ years delivering enterprise software across banking, healthcare, insurance and retail, he focuses on AI-native engineering, agent orchestration, and building production-ready AI systems.
