HERA Labs @ReDi School: Intercultural Communication
A warm welcome to our special workshop series hosted by ReDi School Malmö, part of our HERA Labs workshops.
In this workshop together with Kristy Marcard, we explore the exciting topic of Intercultural Communication.
🎯 Purpose
We live and work in one of the most diverse cities in Sweden. But how well do we actually understand the invisible forces that shape how we think, communicate, and collaborate?
This workshop invites you to explore the fascinating world of cultural intelligence - and why it matters more than ever in Malmö.
🧠 What we will explore
What culture really is and how it quietly shapes our everyday behavior
The three cultural dimension most relevant in a Swedish context
Three key attitudes that form the foundation of Cultural Competence (CQ - think IQ or EQ, but for navigating cultural differences)
Eye Opening statistics about cultural diversity in Malmö and the real benefits of raising your CQ.
Whether you are curious about the world, work with people from different backgrounds, or simply want to understand yourself and other a little better - this is for you.
Come with an open mind. Leave with new perspectives.
We look forward to see you at the event! 🤍
