​GRIEF CIRCLE —

​This is a held, ceremonial space for grief in all its forms — for losses fresh and ancient, named and nameless. Together we slow down, honour what is alive, and remember that grief is love with nowhere to go.

• gentle opening + grounding
• short teaching on grief tending
• held sharing in pairs and the whole circle
• ritual closure with song or silence

​Bring: comfortable clothes, a journal if you wish, a small object that represents your grief or the person/being you are grieving (optional).
