Networking is better in trainers. Join Blue InCube, Glints & Factorem for Pickleball at LaunchPad.
Trade the pitch deck for a paddle. No competition, no pressure—just the LaunchPad startup community coming together for a game of Pickleball.
Building a startup is a marathon, but the best insights often come during the breaks.
At Blue InCube, we know that venture building is as much about the people as it is about the product. That’s why we’re teaming up with Glints and Factorem to host a casual afternoon of Pickleball right here at the heart of the ecosystem: LaunchPad at One North.
This isn’t a high-stakes tournament. There are no trophies or awkward networking pitches. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or have never picked up a paddle in your life, this is your invitation to step away from the screen and connect with fellow founders, investors, and innovators in a completely relaxed environment.
Why join us?
Zero Pressure: This is about "play", not "podiums". All skill levels are welcome.
Genuine Connection: Meet the teams behind Blue InCube and GLINT, and rub shoulders with the LaunchPad community.
The Power of Play: Scientific research shows that physical activity boosts creative problem-solving—exactly what every founder needs.
How it works (the "Keep it Simple" Rules):
The Goal: First team to 11 points wins.
Sudden Death: No "win by two." If it hits 10-10, the next point takes the game.
Scoring: You only earn a point if your team is serving.
The Rotation: You’ll be paired randomly with another attendee. Winners can stay on for a second game, but no pair plays more than two in a row. If you win twice, you rotate out to let fresh players in.
New to the game? No worries! We will do a quick demo and crash course at the start.
If pickleball is not your thing—just shoot a few hoops at the basketball court. The goal is simply to gather, move, and get to know the people building the future next door to you.
