DeliverCon 2026
Update 13/04/26- First Batch of Tickets Sold Out 🎟️
Our first batch of tickets sold out in just 12 minutes — thank you to everyone who grabbed one!
Missed out? Join the waitlist.
We'll be working through the waitlist in two stages:
Next two weeks — we'll be prioritising spaces for attendees from under-represented departments, to make sure DeliverCon reflects the breadth of the public sector delivery community.
After that — any remaining spaces will be released to the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you're on the waitlist, keep an eye on your inbox. We'll be in touch as spaces become available.
About
DeliverCon is back for its 10th instalment and this time we're heading to York.
We're the biannual unconference for delivery managers in and around the public sector. No keynotes, no pre-packaged agenda. Just a room full of people who care about delivery, public services, and their craft - shaping the day together.
How it works
DeliverCon follows an unconference format. That means the agenda is set on the day, by the people in the room. At the start of the event, attendees pitch topics, vote on what they want to explore, and sessions get scheduled into the available spaces. You might end up facilitating a discussion, contributing to one, or quietly absorbing hard-won wisdom from peers across government and the wider public sector.
Sessions are open, conversational, and run concurrently so you can follow your curiosity and move between discussions freely.
Who's it for?
Delivery managers, agile practitioners, and those working alongside them across central government, local government, arms-length bodies, and the wider public sector ecosystem. Whether you're new to delivery or a seasoned practitioner, DeliverCon is a space to connect, reflect, and grow together.
What to bring
Come with topics you'd like to explore, questions you've been sitting with, or challenges you're keen to talk through. The more you bring, the more everyone gets out of it.
