Slow & Restorative Twilight ◯
On selected evenings, Twilight will focus on slowing the body, softening the mind, and gently returning to center.
Crystal sound healing bowls will be placed on the table to support grounding, steady breath, and nervous system ease.
Their tones serve as a quiet anchor.
A reminder to arrive in your own time.
The space will include:
◯ mindful books and simple texts to rest the mind
◯ conversation cards for gentle and meaningful sharing
◯ paper and light journal prompts for reflection
These evenings are not about doing or achieving.
They are an offering of spaciousness to feel held, without needing to speak, perform, or fill the silence.
Reservation includes:
◯ free flow tea (oolongs, herbals, and house blends)
◯ open access to reading materials, journals, art supplies, and games
◯ full use of the crystal sound bowls and mindful tools offered that night
You may choose quiet company, soft conversation, or simply being with yourself.
There is no expectation.
Come as you are, stay as you need.

Doors open at 6:30pm and close at 10:30pm sharp. You may arrive anytime during this timeframe for your reservation.
