Join us under the gentle energy of the New Moon as we, "Reset & Rise". A restorative sound experience where stillness transforms. Release what no longer serves, set intentions for new opportunities and rise renewed, aligned and ready for to begin anew.

We have yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and bolsters, but feel free to bring your own nesting materials too. The cushier you are the better. Closed water bottles are handy too.
