Newsletter Nerd Club: Let's Build You a Newsletter
Join a crew of newsletter creators, writers, and strategists to build a newsletter concept together.
We'll cover goals, audiences, content creation, design, hosting, cadence, revenue, metrics, and testing.
And we'll do it while building you a newsletter.
This is your safe space to learn, take an idea from your head to reality, or even refresh an existing newsletter product that could use tune up (or a glow up...or maybe just a total blow up 💥).
Who is this for?
This is for folks in nonprofits of almost any size, news orgs, foundations, and community groups.
You might be a comms person, part of the digital team, a writer, online producer, editor, audience lead, or in charge of online community. You might be responsible for fundraising or reader revenue.
In some cases you may be all those things. I get it.
This probably isn't for you if you're in a big for-profit entity with a newsletter team. I'd love to have you join, don't get me wrong. But it may not be as chock full of big new takeaways for you.
Here's what you'll leave with:
A framework for developing, planning, implementing, and growing a newsletter for your nonprofit, news organization, or yourself.
New contacts and colleagues who are also building, running, and testing newsletters. New friends FTW!
Examples and guidance you can put to use right away.
Access to the newsletters module of Emailing for Impact.
Grab your spot. Space IS limited. Seriously.
This will be a small group doing actual work together. Be prepared to participate, answer questions, and share your experience and ideas. We're capping this at 35 people. Maybe less. Not more.
