Join us for the Enjoy Wellness Brunch, a celebration of community, health, and connection! On March 15th, from 10:30 AM to 3 PM in Seattle, we’re bringing together women from all walks of life to connect, move, and be inspired for our second annual celebration!
EVENT AGENDA
Check In & Welcome: Connect with the community and enjoy tasty smoothies from Pure Green, a smoothie shop located in SLU.
Guided Journaling led by Miracle Olatunji: Take a moment to set your intention for the day through guided gratitude journaling with one of our amazing hosts.
Mat Pilates led by Morgan Zion: A world renowned yoga & Pilates teacher and muralist known for her creativity on and off the mat.
Yoga Class led by Michaela Campbell: Slow down after Pilates with a slow flow class taught by our other amazing host.
Sound Bath led by Shay Huff: With over a decade of experience, enjoy the sound of soothing bowls lead by one of Seattle’s favorite artists.
Brunch and Refreshments: Taste a variety of foods from many of your favorite local businesses plus a matcha or coffee from a local cart!
Local Vendors Marketplace: Join a girls golf group, sign up for your next coworking event, shop for new jewelry, & MORE!
Photobooth by Make It Moment.us: Take a picture that will last forever. We can’t wait to see it.

This year we are excited to announce that a portion of every ticket sale will be donated to Bras for Girls, a Seattle based nonprofit working to serve underprivileged youth and allow them access to bras to break a common barrier for access to sports for young women.
